How can you prepare your food service establishment for a sanitary inspection? What rights do business owners have, and what irregularities do inspectors most frequently identify? These questions will be addressed during a free webinar organised by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP).
The webinar, entitled “Sanitary Inspections in the Food Service Industry: Entrepreneurs’ Rights, the Inspection Process and Common Mistakes,” will take place on 27 October 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event is aimed at entrepreneurs running food service establishments, including restaurants, bars and cafés, as well as anyone interested in the rules governing sanitary inspections.
Sanitary inspections are an important aspect of running a food service business. Proper preparation of the premises, knowledge of the applicable requirements, and an understanding of the entrepreneur’s rights and obligations can help ensure that the inspection process runs smoothly.
During the webinar, participants will learn about the rights and obligations of business owners before, during and after an inspection. The session will also cover the areas most frequently checked by inspectors in food service establishments and the common irregularities identified during inspections.
Another important topic will be corrective measures. Participants will learn how to plan the necessary changes and document the actions taken. This knowledge can help them organise their procedures and prepare their premises for a potential inspection.
The webinar will be led by Marcin Chojecki, a food service technology designer and catering consultant. The meeting will provide an opportunity to gain practical knowledge that can be applied to the day-to-day management of a food service business. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers on matters related to sanitary inspections.
The webinar will take place on 27 October 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Participation is free of charge, but advance registration is required.
