Between 2017 and 2019, the city saw an increase in the number of newly registered businesses. In 2020 and 2021, due to the negative effects of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, this number dropped noticeably to 249 entities at the end of 2021. In 2022, this number increased to 269, in 2023 to 278, and in 2024, there was another drop to 234 entities.
